Return & Refund Eligibility
You must notify us of any issue within 5 days of the order being delivered.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unless the issue reported prevents this.
A verified issue (such as damage, incorrect item, or manufacturing defect) is required for a refund to be approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and the issue is verified, HooleyBooks.com will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads, gift cards, or personalized/custom items may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified issue.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
We will provide return instructions if the item qualifies.
Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed.
